Mentor
Time: Monday through Thursday, 6-8pm and Sunday afternoons.
Commitment: 90 minutes per week for six months.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree and two years work experience.
-Strong listening and communication skills when working with young people.
-A willingness to establish a relationship with a young person based on mutual understanding and respect.
Training: New Mentors are required to attend an orientation session with the program director. Orientation sessions are held throughout the year.
